DU VC and Shibir Secretary visit hospital to see injured in attack on DUCSU leaders

DU Correspondent: University Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. ABM Obaidul Islam visited Martyred Intellectual Dr. Mohammad Mortaza Medical Center and Dhaka Medical College Hospital on Thursday night, April 23, 2026, to see AB Zubair and Mosaddek Ali Ibne Mohammad, who were injured on the Dhaka University campus. He spoke to the students and inquired about their physical condition.

Proctor Professor Saifuddin Ahmed, Secretary General of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir Sibgatullah and members of the proctorial team were present at the time.

During the visit, the Vice-Chancellor spoke to the doctors and inquired about the overall treatment of the injured. At that time, he provided necessary guidance to the concerned and wished the injured students a speedy recovery.
